2. Professional regulation

Attorney Vu Manh Quynh is licensed to practise law in Vietnam by the Ministry of Justice, Lawyer Practicing License No. 10.461/TP/LS-CCHN (issued 20 February 2014), and is a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation, Lawyer ID 8844/LS. ECOVIS Vietnam Law operates under the regulatory framework applicable to law firms practising in Vietnam.

3. ECOVIS International network

ECOVIS Vietnam Law is an independent member firm of ECOVIS International, a network of independent legal, tax, accounting and audit firms present in more than 90 countries. Each member firm, including ECOVIS Vietnam Law, is a separate and independent legal entity. No member firm has authority to bind or create obligations for any other member firm or for ECOVIS International as a whole, and no partnership, joint venture or similar relationship exists between member firms.
